Information and data is taken directly from your caller and entered into your customized intake form. Information is given to your caller following your protocol requirements. Procedures are followed as delineated by your protocol. The information taken from the caller is repeated back to the caller by the agent prior to disconnect, with the caller on the line, the confirmation is voice recorded, thereby assuring accurate intake.
