One thing is certain, there are new challenges for the upcoming year. For property management, these challenges come in all shapes and sizes—from tenant complaints to unexpected repairs and emergencies. Unicom’s  Property Managment Challenges Survey will help give insight into these challenges. This will help you and it will help us to suggest ways to serve you better.

Why complete the survey? Unicom has a strong background providing answering services to thirty-five property management firms in the greater Chicago area. Many of our commercial and retail property management organizations have a national presence. Representing over 200,000 residences, business locations, and commercial units, our focus is providing the right solutions to property manager’s challenges at an affordable cost. We are continually looking for ways to better serve our clients, and understand the challenges they are facing, and are conducting a survey just for property managers. This survey is intended to be easy and quick. The goal is to provide insight to their pain points.

As an incentive to complete the survey, Unicom is donated $3 to charity for each verified submission. Our goal is to get 100 responses for the survey. The charity will be chosen by a random participant of the survey. In addition, we are giving away a $200 amazon gift card.
